In-person courses
Our in-person courses are a chance to practice Heavenly Essence Qigong directly with Shifu Li. Sharing the same physical space allows for clearer guidance, more precise correction, and the kind of energetic transmission that no online setting can fully replicate.
These gatherings are also where the HEQ community comes together: a small group of practitioners walking the same path, exchanging directly, learning from one another.
