Master Li’s Gong Transmission on April 5th for Qingming Festival
April 5th, 2023 is the 15th day of the second lunar month, and it’s time for us to practice together once again! The Qingming festival, which marks the beginning of the 5th solar term known as “Pure Brightness,” also falls on this day.
The energy field will be particularly intense on this day, making Qigong practice even more effective than usual. Just like on the first and 15th day of every lunar month, Master Li will be transmitting the Gong to support all his students in their practice.
You can receive the Gong while sitting or lying down, for a duration of either half an hour, an hour, or two hours. The Gong transmission has many benefits, such as replenishing your lower Dantian with Qi. The intensity of the sensations varies depending on factors such as the sensitivity of your meridians to Qi, your level of relaxation, and the amount of Qi already in your body. However, one thing is for certain: after the practice, everyone feels recharged and peaceful. Think of it as a form of distant healing that you can experience from the comfort of your own home.
If you’re not already an EACT student, you’re still welcome to try the practice for free. Contact us via email or via Instagram DM and join us in experiencing this powerful practice!
Principles of Yang Shen (health preservation) at this time of the year
During this period, the weather is mild, the sun is shining, and plants are sprouting, while flowers are blooming all around us, giving us a refreshing and bright feeling.
To take care of our health during this time, it’s essential to focus on nourishing our hearts and kidneys. We can practice the “呵” sound of the Six Healing Sounds in the EACT Second Level frequently to dispel heart fire and the “吹” sound to nourish our kidney Qi. Drinking Qingming Spring Tea can also help us eliminate excessive heart dryness and heat.
It’s recommended to get enough rest by going to bed early to nourish the kidney Qi and waking up early to dispel heart fire. In the morning, we can start the day by practicing the EACT three major dynamic exercises, running Qi Gong, and walking Qi Gong to boost our energy, tone our bodies, and regulate our overall health.
