Course Overview

 

The first level course provides an in-depth and advanced understanding of the principles and techniques of Qigong, focusing on the dual cultivation of Xing 性 (mind-spirit) and Ming 命 (body).

Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, this comprehensive program is divided into three sequential modules: A, B, and C. You are not required to complete all three modules. You can start with Module A and decide later if you want to continue with the subsequent modules.

The lessons are conducted by Master Li Tianhua, either live on Zoom or in-person.

Module A: Body Cultivation 命功 (Mìnggōng)

 

Module A focuses on body cultivation and includes seven dynamic practices that will quickly make you feel more vital, strong, serene, and balanced. These practices will help you connect more deeply with yourself and the universe. They are designed to be easily integrated into daily life and can even be performed while doing other activities such as working, walking, running, or even sleeping.

The theoretical part of the module covers five fundamental principles to help you deeply understand the phenomena of Qigong and accelerate your progress.

The participation fee is 300 euros and includes:

• Three lessons of 2 to 2.5 hours live on Zoom with Master Li.
• Unlimited and free repeats of the lessons.
• Group practice on Zoom with our tutors, with various weekly sessions.
• Remote Qi healing sessions twice a month with Master Li.

Module B: HEQ Fast Method for the Microcosmic Orbit

 

The Fast Method of Heavenly Essence Qigong for the Microcosmic Orbit is an innovative and safe approach to the traditional practice of Daoist Internal Alchemy (Nèidān 内丹). This original method consists of five practices that allow for rapid and effective absorption of the universe’s True Qi, its storage, and its circulation through the two main meridians of the body: the governing vessel (Dūmài 督脉) and the conception vessel (Rènmài 任脉).

The HEQ Fast Method enables a spontaneous flow of Qi in the Microcosmic Orbit as wide as your shoulders. The wider the Qi flow, the greater the effects on physical health, emotional balance, and longevity. The formation of the Dān (丹), or pill of immortality, is also much faster compared to traditional methods, providing the fundamental basis for advanced spiritual practice.

Module C: Spiritual Cultivation (Xìnggōng 性功)

 

Module C focuses on learning techniques to improve the well-being of others. In this module, you will learn six powerful Qi healing techniques to help others enhance their health. You will learn to emit Qi externally (fāgōng 发功) correctly, without depleting your energy, and even increasing it each time you perform Qi healing on someone else.

The module also includes theory, activation, and practice of three innate abilities essential for detecting blocks and stagnation in others’ bodies:

• Palm perception
• Internal vision
• Aura perception (bio-field)

The participation fee is 300 euros and includes:

• Three lessons of 2 to 2.5 hours live on Zoom with Master Li.
• Unlimited and free repeats of the lessons.

Course Overview

Our second-level Qigong program is designed to activate and train Nian Li [念力], the first level of Mind force that can transform matter. Through this course, you will learn advanced techniques for self-healing and treating others, as well as developing special abilities to enhance various aspects of your life.

Course Structure

The course consists of 8 lessons, each lasting 2/2.5 hours. Each lesson will include theoretical and practical components to ensure you have a deep understanding of the concepts and techniques covered. The lessons are conducted either online via Zoom or in person at our office in Lisbon. The course covers the following topics:

1. 1. Cosmic Energy Gathering: a specialized method for quickly gathering cosmic super energy and boosting overall vitality and resilience.
   2. Six Advanced Healing Sounds: a set of powerful exercises that can help you balance your internal organs and promote self-healing.
   3. Traditional Buddhist and Daoist Secret Methods: eight traditional Buddhist and Daoist secret methods for treating diseases with high-level special abilities, such as Fire Gong, Water Gong, Invisible acupuncture, and Spells deciphering.
   4. Qigong Methods for Correcting Deviations: eight Qigong methods to help others correct deviations, a common issue that can disrupt the energy flow in the body and lead to various health problems.
   5. Somatosensation Activation: learn the ability to sense with your body and how to use it to enhance your intuition and diagnose health issues in others.
   6. Defense Method: a method of “closing the body” to prevent diseases and defend yourself against external energy attacks or Qi-stealing attempts from others.
   7. Special Abilities for Treating 30 kinds of Complex Diseases: advanced Qigong techniques that can help you manage symptoms and promote overall health and wellbeing. These techniques have been shown to be helpful for a variety of conditions, including eye and ear conditions, hemiplegia, diabetes, various types of stones, Sjögren’s syndrome, tumor, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.
   8. Paranormal Abilities and Life Sciences: principles of the Dao and life sciences, and unlocking the mysteries of psychic abilities. Gain insight into the categorization of special abilities, how to recognize them, and how to develop them.

Course Overview:

Our Third Step Qigong program is designed to provide students with advanced techniques for both physical and spiritual cultivation. The primary goal of this course is to train students to reach the state of Ru Ding 入定, which is a profound level of meditative concentration that enables them to develop advanced spiritual abilities. To participate in the program, students must first undergo the Bai Shi ritual to enter the lineage.

Course Structure:

The course is divided into two parts: Body Cultivation and Spiritual Cultivation, with a total of 16 classes, each lasting between 2 to 2.5 hours. Students have the option to attend the lessons either online via Zoom or in person at our office in Lisbon.

Course Overview

 

The Heavenly Essence’s Fifth Level course offers a secretive, high-speed method to evolve the Primordial Spirit (元神, Yuánshén) into the Yang Spirit (阳神, Yángshén) and achieve its emergence from the body. This accomplishment is considered the highest attainment in both Buddhism and Daoism and marks the first step toward true enlightenment. It is important to note that the emergence of the Yang Shen is distinct from astral projection or a common Out of Body Experience (OBE).

The Fifth Level course provides a safe and convenient path for individuals to transcend themselves in today’s complex world. It draws upon the most profound and ancient cultivation cultures in human history, including Buddhism, Taoism, Christianity, Confucianism, Islam, and Qigong, presenting a refined and modernized understanding of these practices.
